RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
The following Return & Exchange Policy applies exclusively to purchases made through the chrldr.com website. CHRLDR wants to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and shopping experience. If there is a reason for a return or exchange, we want this process to be as easy as possible for you, as it follows our Return and Exchange policy.
For returns or exchanges, please follow the instructions below:

Please include the following information in the email:
Your billing address;
Your order number;
The reason why you wish to return your item.
Once we receive your email, we will send you an #RA number as well as the return instructions.
- All swimwear is non refundable due to hygienic purposes.
- All sale items are exchangeable ONLY.
- All items purchased on Black Friday & Cyber Monday are FINAL SALE.
- Posters and Cards are non refundable or exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn and undamaged with everything intact. Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 10 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.
Returned items are eligible for a full refund if shipped within 14 days of the received date. Exchanged items are eligible for an exchange if shipped within 14 days of the received date.
The customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees for returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are also able to exchange an order no more than one time. You will need to pay for the shipping costs for the items to be exchanged to CHRLDR and we will pay for the shipping costs for the items that are sent back to you.
All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment. All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of when we received your package. However, your banking institution may require additional days to process the return.
