If there was an error with your order, please email email@example.com for an RA number. You must get an RA number within 10 days of the original order.
Shipping costs will be refunded if the error was made on our part. You will receive your refund in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Please keep in mind that for credit card transactions it may take 3-5 business days for it to appear on your account.
Exchange Policy —
All exchanges within North America are free of charge.
All exchanges outside of North America will be subject to additional shipping charges which vary depending on location of residence.
